The man is to pay property tax for a structure he built illegally without a permit? Isn't it like asking cocaine dealers to pay back tax for their business?

Foolish MCE, what does assembly put at the disposal of the locals? Ghanaians are not angry enough. DON’T pay any taxes if your roads and other amenities are in a bad state.
