That is why GETFund must not be approved for use by MP's , their partners and children, executive and management level officers of public and civil servants and their families and anyone who earns at or above Ghc10,000 per month.

Why must MP's and their cronies use GETFund monies to enroll in some of the expensive universities outside of Ghana just to complete worthless certification courses that are only worth eye candy on their CV's and nothing that adds value of any kind to productivity or national development?

It’s not only criminal but suicidal for borrowed money to be used on needless consultancies, V8 vehicles, travels and extravagant lifestyle. It is because the laws are not working. In any advanced country, you buy your own vehicle, fuel and service it, pay your insurance, maintain your vehicle. The company in return pay for mileage used for the job. You must indicate your travels, mileage covered, and that will be worked out for deductions and tax purposes.
Ato Forson will be the greatest is he’s able to factor this into expenditure patterns. Ministers and MP’s but their own vehicles and not the state. But according to your taste and maintain it. Period!
