● Two persons: One owns mining concession and is a licensed miner. The other One is a licensed miner but has no mining concession.
● They verbally agree that the Licensed Miner who has no concession must do Reclamation of the devasted lands, rereplant with coconut seedlings, after which the farm shall be shared 50-50.
● He did the Reclamation and planted 20,000 coconut seedlings. But also did illegal mining on a section of the mining concession.
● Wontumi the Owner of the mining concession is charged with the offence and imprisoned. Henry Okoom who did the illegal mining is free to go.
