Teacher recruitment is not an end in itself. To what extent is this recruitment shortfall affecting student education? That is they key measurement
You can't even keep yourb15th July deadline fornthe release of the BECE results. 3 days to 31 July and no show. Incompetence all over the place

The economy has dwindled and shrunk. NDC Mahama government is shutting down the economy. Don't have funds to employ the available trained teachers.
The men will take the employment without pay. They know that they can bonk the girls for free, and get transferred to other village schools and have more of them.
Out of the 50,000 requested only 7,000 were approved. An economy which is sound, resilient and good cannot recruit even 20% of your initial request.
Minister, why didn't you use a first come first basis?
There are thousands of vacancies for both teaching and non teaching staff but government is not recruiting due to financial difficulties

The Education minister is directly blaming the Finance minister for not making enough money availabe for teacher recruitment. But why on earth introduce Chinese n Arabic into the school cariculum? These are absolutely needles ...
