  Gh leaders are fools..all these able bodied people selling chocolate and water on the streets selling yam dog chain when they can all be placed on vocational training to plant trees, sweep the streets, building homes, roads, bridges, markets, construction electrical etc. Gh leaders have no foresight no plan to roll out vocational free training in the regions and cities

  Two million is a staggering number of people. These are all future illiterates in the society who could end up as criminals. I hope the Government is taking note of these figures. They are alarming!!!!
