Meanwhile, the city council or the metropolitan assembly should build modern toilets in the city. Go and see (study) how it is done in Addis Ababa in Ethiopia. They have succeeded in building beautiful and well kept toilets across the city of Addis Ababa. I just came back from Addis Ababa not long ago and I was impressed.
