But the sad truth is that in Africa there is a primitive, childish, unproductive mindset which says "PRACTICALLY IT IS IMPOSSIBLE".
In fact, left to Africa alone, the world would have remained in the same form God created it. There would have been no travelling by car, aeroplane, and motorbike, no electricity, no television, no Internet, no radio, no phoning system, etc, because Africans including Kwaku Tee would have declared these advancements PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE to do or come up with.

The political parties are to amend their constitutions within one year. Can a political party amend its constitution to the effect that its presidential candidate would be elected by all members in good standing dated in 2007 and present their presidential candidate elected by the delegates system in 2008. I don't think so. The reliefs or interpretation was general therefore it was not necessary to mention Dr Bawumia's specific election and quash same.

The Supreme Court's judgment is not retrospective but prospective taking effect in 2028 elections. The political parties would be operating under their amended 2007 constitution which allows only elections by all members in good standing. NPP would have to elect a new presidential candidate in conformity with constitution as interpreted by the Supreme Court today. My humble opinion.
