  EVEN NANA ADDO WHO GAVE US FREE SHS, MASSIVE FLEET OF AMBULANCES, MASSIVE INFRASTRUCTURE THROUGHOUT EVERY CORNER OF THE COUNTRY INCLUDING 120 COURTS, 150 BUNGALOWS FOR JUDGES, ESTABLISHED AND DEVELOPED 5 NEW REGIONS, AGENDA 111 HOSPITALS DID NOT MOOT SUCH UNCONSTITUTIONAL IDEA.

  What is the meaning "Inside Ghana's new urban policy"? Yes, while planning our urban areas, the "Rural areas" should also come into focus because it is the rural dweller who will move to the urban area and become a problem so, we should think about developing the rural areas as well because they are Ghanaians like the urban dweller.
  
  
  The urban dweller who lives in the "Slum" where did he/she comes from? I live in the village so, let me move to the city to look for work. I will eventually stop right at the slum and become a problem for the entire area for example garbage disposing etc.
  
  Our authorities should think wide to understand that Ghana is not only about Accra but the entire country.
  
  Go to the advance countries and whatever they in their big cities, at least, they have something similar in the rural areas that keeps the rural folks in the localities. That is how a country develops.
