We need a more proactive education minister with foresight to rebuild our education system and scraping a lot of good but useless subject and focusing on technical and technological education to boosts our industries.
And the style of individualism must be limited and encourage more team work and collaboration right from basic to tertiary education. At the end of the day you mostly are expected to collaborate almost everywhere to are going to work.
