He should be behind bars at nsawam for transporting a generator to one of the hospitals þhe contractor never completed and handed over to fool ghanaians that its completed and functioning. After commissioni the hospital they carried the generator away. Where in the western world will any leader in their right mental state on mind think of doing such a crime to his citizens.
