Why don’t you check the vehicles that are on our road that are not in good shape and good maintenance check that ones first remove them on the road before you can start this program
Stupid laws foreign accident cars are far better than most junk cars on the road because we don’t do annual inspections and right now if they ban those cars guess what’s going to happen car prices would go up the roof

Crack down on unsafe vehicles applying on our roads first
Imagine the trucks and tro-tros issue with road worthiness certificate by these DVLA officials. We have problem in Ghana.
All towns and cities in Ghana are wastes dump generated in the country itself.

Maxwell,Toyota Voxys are being certified by DVLA to continue committing mass murders on our roads,while Customs Act prohibits the importàtion of right hand drive vehicles, can we ever get anything right?
I have a 2009 mazda 2 1.3 L with 81000km and full service history. The car was owned by a pensioner and in great condition.. it is far better than the death traps on our roads. So I cannot export to my country?
