Where were they when the final judgment was delivered in Sedina Tamakloe's case? I don't recall any of them raising these so-called prosecutorial or legal technicalities when many were demanding her extradition from the United States.

Now we're being told that the U.S. objected to Ofori-Atta's extradition because the legal case or evidence was weak. If that's true, how do they explain the extradition of Sedina Tamakloe? What distinguishes the two cases? If the legal standard was the same, why was one extradited while the other allegedly wasn't?

Sampson Anyenini is just the messenger trying to explain to people that we must not allow ourselves to become political party tools not driven by facts, love for country or sustainability of institutions of state.

It is out of pain that Sampson Anyenini has decided to do public service on this issue; he would have loved for the NDC to suffer a little humiliation with the Sedinam Tamakloe issue. Unfortunately the clown like show of Godfred Dame as AG, the arrogance of the then majority leader of parliament, honorable Afenyo Marvin, the childish attitude of the then Chief Justice Gertrude Torkornoo and the lack of foresight of the former president Akufo-Addo made a mess of Ghana's judiciary where mediocre judges were offered promotions to appellate courts if they could convict NDC officials on trumped up charges without reasoning.

We are now left, as a nation, in disbelief and frustration because the NPP party and leadership that hid behind women's skirts to sell us unnecessary lies to get an 8-year government administration are exposed and running around like jail birds without clothes.
