Nkrumah started this before 1966...and you are still using it to BLEED governments. APUUUU
FIRST, convert all the TRASH, GARBAGE, NWURA,....to energy. This what the smart countries did. And NWURA is what we have and produce in abundance.
"WASTE" energy is easier to manage. If we graduate from using TRASH to energy, then in 50 years time, we can talk of nuclear warreva.
As it is, the leaders, mostly university professors will be using half of the money for FOREIGH CONFERENCES. They will be attending so many conferences and collecting PER DIEMS. That is their motivation.
Nkrumah left 60 years ago. Someone plaese calculate how much money has been expended to run Kwabenya Atomic....and calculate the number of conferences they "smart" lecturers have attended, and the cost.
That I believe could construct another Tema Motorway and Kumasi -Accra Expressway.
