The court's decision is good because it is now going to be a costly adventure the likely hood that out of the numerous voters receiving the inducement, one of them will expose the politician.
I believe that opening the primaries will act as a magnet to attract ordinary people to join parties of their choice because of the opportunity to take part in the nomination of presidential and parliamentary candidates.
