  Just a step above CEPS. The police don't get much money from their bribes. The CEPS officers are the greediest, they have several houses and cars each and keep piling them!

  Just a step above CEPS. The police don't get much money from their bribes. The CEPS officers are the greediest, they have several houses and cars each and keep piling them!
  
  The day Government opens its eyes and start checking CEPS officers, the realization would get things in a better perspective.
