Very horrible and same at ECG as people looking and paid for meters will be asked to pay additional BRIBES before getting their meters installed after several months of waiting. Come to Kumasi, almost all the districts are doing that telling customers that there're no enclosures(meter covers) so they should wait or pay 500.00 then subsequently another money paid before installation. This is uchestrated by the DTO's who will deliberately delay the process. For instance someone has paid for his meter in February this year at DENYAME and till now being told there're no covers or enclosures.

I visited Ghana with my mixed race son.When I got to an Immigration Officer,she looked at my passport and then, started speaking in Twi.I instantly told her I was unable to speak Twi and,asked her to speak to me in English.She pointed at my son and implied she could not say what she wanted to say to me in English in the presence of my son.
I told her she was free to say whatever she wanted to say to in English if it was that important.She declined and went on to do what she should have done.
On picking our lauggage,we were met by 3 women.They said they wanted to check at the names on the tags on the suit cases but then,they proceeded to ask me for some money in Ga which I obviously refused.They thought by speaking Ga,my son would not have any idea as to what they were up to.
Very disgusting and disgraceful behaviour indeed, at the Accra International Airport .

It’s very shameful. My cousin in UK told me that staff at Gh airport are known for begging and it is true. Travelling to UK in April, instead of them to assist us to retrieve our share code, the first person to attend to us said she sells padlock and after selling tobys she said she has no change, the second person too said today is her birthday and the immigration officer who should know better was in her cage saying your code will expire soon as if we don’t know what we are about. It’s very annoying that everyone wants to extort
