  What happened to the billion dollar dam the previous government came up with to build a dam to trap these floods for agriculture and other economic activities?
  This dam must be built, damn it!!! Use some money for the GoldBoard to finance the dam and stop this fr;:/&$!g periodic ANNOUNCEMENTS.

  So Burkina can build a dam to harvest water and we are just sitting down and suffering spillage very rainy season instead of building one of such size to contain the water down here.
