To the complainants, the criminal case is to punish the accused if found guilty and not necessarily to retrieve your money. Get a lawyer to bring a civil action to claim your monies for you. Even if a criminal court orders him to pay your money but he is unable to pay back you would need a civil action to take back your money.

Now, to the average Ghanaian, please, just be vigilant and see that NDC willfully unleashed some people to go and trick those who cannot think deep to buy into some schemes coming from the government.

Pyram, God is Love, DKM or whatever, Menzgold etc. These were schemes that come out under NDC government and defrauded Ghanaians with no arrest.
