  Common sense. Complete the Boankra Inland Ports. Fix the Accra - Boankra- Kumasi rail. Start moving all containers bound for Kumasi, the North and Burkina Faso to Boankra by rail as soon as they land at Tema. This will solve ...

  Common sense. Complete the Boankra Inland Ports. Fix the Accra - Boankra- Kumasi rail. Start moving all containers bound for Kumasi, the North and Burkina Faso to Boankra by rail as soon as they land at Tema. This will solve two problems. It will decongest Tema Ports and also make Boankra effective and busy. And not make it a White Elephant.
