Why didn't the highcourt and court of appeal request DNA TEST from the onset. If judges are not punished for a wrongful verdict, we will continue to have such matters damaging innocent people

These delays in our justice system is why people result to radio stations to seek justice. A case like this on Oyerepa radio in Kumasi will be concluded in 2 weeks, just 2 sittings. First day will be hearing of both sides and DNA sample taking. That same day, it will be referred to the oracles for forensics. Final sitting will be forensics results from the oracles and DNA results reading. In most cases, it ends here and no appeal is done
