  AfDB is unfortunately full of none Africans and sold out Africans working as an appendage of the IMF. This organization identifies big projects and gets the rights to develop them but strategically and internationally stalls their developments from achieving their intended benefits for the continent. They spend so much capital on consultants and academic write ups and nothing practical. lThis is not the first time they are hyping rice value chain. They have failed to deliver on energy, roads, schools, water and other necessities for development despite their huge overheads and consultants costs.
