as a lawyer you are been paid to defend your client in court at any time any day the court is in section.
if the court is not in vacation and it is dealing with a case your client in involve- you as a lawyer has no autonomous right to dictate as to how the court should handle your case. your duty is to prove the innocence of your client.
The court should no more entertain these lazy lawyers who always uses absent and other engagements to delay a trial.
we all want justice to rule the country.
as a Ghanaian , if your client has stolen the Taxpayers money - I want to see a justice been delivered to my satisfaction
GBA must not be given a room to dictate any rules in this country.
go to court even if your case is been called on Sunday to defend your client that is your duty.
if you can not perform this duty just quit from your role that case
we must get serious in this country when it comes to handling suspected criminal minds
