What a responsible father
What's makes him responsible. I see him as an ignorant father. You can learn and pass a language that you're fluent in with distinction if you follow the rules. Do you know that alot of students pass French as a subject by le ...

What is different from THIS mode of exams from what you are suggesting
Your brazen ignorance always precedes you just like your smelly kotoboto!
A tribalistic man saw her Akan name and gave her the high mark. In the same breath the examiner will see a name different from that of Akan and mark him/her down.
YOUR MOTHER!!!
IF IT WORRYS YOU THAT AKANS ARE IN CONTROL IN GHANA YOU CAN ALSO TURN YOURSELF INTO AKAN. SIAFUI
That man is very ignorant. Such people are leading Ghana. Just imagine. We had lots of people coming from villages who could not speak English and pidgin but received English prizes and got grade 1 waec exams
What merit is there in simply passing a subject by following the rules if the knowledge and competence required to use it effectively are not actually there?
Imagine someone being assigned to a department because the role ...

Know that BECE is not a specialisation level. It's just a requirement for placement.
Children can speak English but can't write.
What about this too?
To pass means to know the rules and apply them.
If an elected President President John Mahama cannot be sincere in the signing of Power Plant contracts, how do you expect teachers to be sincere in marking BECE papers. It's an infection from the Presidency
Great and objective man
May be his daughter copied. If so, her results should be cancelled. A very wise father, if only he is not trying to discredit happenings under a different government.
That is exactly what he's doing over there. Useless old man in a woman's body. God will continue to punish you idiots for your silly "politricks" of witchcraft.
I wish they investigate this idiot on this matter. Amina Yuto ...

Indeed, what a responsible father! A typical lingual imperialist.
It is simple. Your daughter was taught in the exams hall.
Baba My, I fully agree with you. Most private schools pay their way through in order to attract more students on the premise of having good teachers who teach well.
It is possible for students to learn and pass a language that you're not fluent in it. If you're a serious student had the right teacher and resources. French is an example.
There are people who speak bad English but can write very well. I hope his daughter is not in this category.
Kwaseato kuraseni tokebele, stfu when people are talking!
Wofa Yaw this thing you're doing is it good? You have just opened a Pandora box.
It's very normal for the child to understand twi, but can't speak it . My daughter had same, started learning twi in SHS, and after medical school, she speaks the language well, as she encounters her patients. So don't worry ...

Ask that again. I get so sick with Ghanaians looking on unconcerned when our languages are going extinct. Our level of insecurity is beyond imagination.

This is not strange. My son is also not fluent in Twi, but he has been getting Grade 1 in his school
Its just an open secret that the private schools sre just casting in and pushing the students through. No wonder they are churning out University graduates who cant even write their own names.
Shame onto you.
I know someone who got 3 in Asante Twi but does not know Twi at all. She went to a private school.
It means private schools cheat in public exams, they feed the students results as the breeding farms they are
Any good student can and should be able to learn any language as a subject and pass because just like the rest of the subjects, languages have rules and principles.

THIS MALADY GOES WAY BACK. THE IMBECILIC GHANAIAN UPPER CLASS HAVE ALWAYS CONSIDERED NOT SPEAKING A GHANAIAN LANGUAGE AS BADGE OF HONOUR. NOW EVEN THE MEMBERS OF THE LESS PRIVILEGED CLASSES SHARE THE SAME DELUSION.
In fact this year's Bece results are terrible, something must be done about it.
I'm surprised at the hypocritical shock being expressed by many people on this matter. It's an open secret that malpractices are commonplace in virtually all private schools when it comes to external examinations. I have work ...

Yaw Boafo Ayebeafo....A typical Akan man and you are not even ASHAMED that at your daughters age she can't speak her mothers tongue. What a shame. You are an irresponsible Coyote who have failed your daughter big time
The BECE Ghanaian Language exams do not test spoken competence. They primarily test reading and writing skills. There're countless number of students who have passed in languages they didn't speak. So that's no news.
Is this guy not ashamed of saying that his daughter can't speak her local dialect? Anyone who forgets his or language losses their identity. Even some white people come to Ghana to study our language and we live in Ghana and ...
