The Bar Association is testing the grounds for future confrontational endeavours.
The Chief Justice must stand firm and no wavering!
The decision on the Electoral Commissioner and others were overlooked and perhaps why a situation could be exploited by the current Bar Association leadership.
The pattern is been released; attributes of former president comments about Ndc not owning Ghana because of large numbers in parliament, Mensah Otabil's attributes of "unsouvary" remarks on the botched National Cathedral, Napo's veiled comments on some so called democracy under attack demonstration and many more from others.
The Bar, the Judiciary and the Government must be fair to Ghanaians and no "dirty " manoeuvres because we are all watching !

Where did you learn that? Judges are indeed dictators when it comes to what goes on in their courts, provided he does not infringe on anyone's right.
Lawyers certainly can't dictate to court when to hear or not to hear case ...

Lawyers certainly can't dictate to court when to hear or not to hear cases. So if Atta Akyea want to go on vacation, he should go ahead. He is not the only lawyer in Ghana. His client might suffer but the , that is their choice

And so if you go to the lower vourts like the Magistrate courts and the.circuit courts, they are in full functioning and lawyers attend those courts for full trials.
It's unfortunate that the wife of a Godmersham AG during the NPP regime, now the president of the bar can allow herself to be misused by these opportunistic politicians wjo want to project the present CJ in bad light
Thankfully whst their darling Ante Getty did when she was the CJ relative to this same vacation judges has been revisited just in case this Bar Presodent is suffering ftom deliberate amnesia
