The Ghanaian court on the other hand ordered him to pay Ghc 20 000. You tell me which is more deterrent? No wonder there is so much corruption and dishonest behaviors in our society because our legal system and the judiciary are weak and often do not pass judgements to deter people from wrongdoings.
