The Police shd ban this type of drain cover, it's so dangerous for kids. I've seen many kids being trapped by this metal cover. It shd be concrete with little space for lifting

This has been happening too often and the welders ought to be educated on how to do it to prevent it from happening. The fire team knows that and it is left with them to educate or raise the awareness fire department don't just claim hero whenever you go to get some one out but help to prevent entirely
