Not when they keep voting myopically for the NDC. After 34 years of faithfully voting en-masse for the NDC what has Volta region got to show considering it is their so called world bank. A whole generation has voted for the NDC yet with little development to show. Until the Volta wakes up from the inward looking ungratefulness not even the next 34 years will see any meaningful development.
