  University administrators are not lecturers and so lecturers and administrators shouldn't receive the same salaries. It never happens in any parts of the world. GAUA is a labour union and so they should negotiate for its own ...

  University administrators are not lecturers and so lecturers and administrators shouldn't receive the same salaries. It never happens in any parts of the world. GAUA is a labour union and so they should negotiate for its own conditions of service and not demand what lecturers are paid.

  The current system is never well managed, every second comes stand still in demand of better status. Instead of strengthening with better recognition to favor the nation, had developed the intention and focused to generate more disagreements. Then More jobless graduates. The future of Ghana with some; ridicule would only be the pledge. The nation; with only common sense, grand development would always be a dream. They come with promise then left without hope. Total disappointment. Ghana is rich only the people are poor because of leadership.

  Really, some workers have BLOATED EGOS. If you are an Administrator in the University and you feel the salary scale of a lecturer is higher than yours, try and acquire the relevant requirements and apply for the position of a lecturer. Otherwise, to equate yourself to a lecturer and demanding the previleges is ethico-morally bankrupt.
