  The issue is not with the artisans alone but the govt authorities who allowed them to operate there in the first place. That's how dysfunctional our country is. The authorities responsible for enforcing our laws breached them because our corrupt mentality and get rich attitude making most of us greedy! Not only should encroachers be removed but the responsible officials working for these bodies must also be disciplined. To be honest I doubt the encroachers will be removed and let alone the responsible govt officials disciplined!! We will remain a dysfunctional country for a very long time!!
