  How many youth have been developed and empowered since assumed office? All that you are earning as salaries and other entitlements are going into the drain. Unproductive ministry considering the name of the ministry. I would have said nothing if the name remained ministry of youth and sports but to change ministry of youth development and empowerment is absurd. Nothing is being developed and empowered as far as youth is concerned. Kai
