Was he the most qualified or a Professor Emeritus to have been appointed Director. People who had their nuts cracked for them on the altar politics must not put impediments on the way of others who want to use the same ladder to climb to the top. This Jinapor boy has had his fingers pucking in the eyes of people in academia for far too long. He should be the first to relinquish his post and for tertiary Institutions to elect a Director for GTEC.
