THAT'S WHY PROMINENT GHANAIANS INCLUDING RICH CHIEFS AND POLITICIANS AND THEIR CHILDREN NEVER PATRONIZE THE TWO RUBBISH INSTITUTIONS DESPITE THE FACT THAT THOSE ARE MADE AVAILABLE TO THEM FOR FREE "BONTO", OF COURSE AT THE POOR GHANAIAN TAXPAYERS' EXPENSE.

THAT PARTLY IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ETERNAL ENDEMIC CREATE, LOOT AND SHARE AMONG GHANA'S LEADERS AND THE VERY HIGH DEMAND FOR CONVERTIBLE CURRENCIES IN GHANA SO THAT GHANA'S CROOKED LEADERS CAN SEND THEIR KIDS AND FAMILIES ABROAD FOR QUALITATIVE EDUCATION AND HEALTHCARE.

I'VE MET A LOT OF GHANAIAN LEADERS AND THEIR KIDS ON LONG-HAUL FLIGHTS TRAVELLING ABROAD ON THOSE MISSIONS. I SOMETIMES EVEN MEET THEM ON TRAINS ABROAD, MAINLY THE WEST.

SO HARUNA IDDRISU SHOULD STOP CALLING IT "EDUCATION". IS IT QUALITATIVE?

RUBBISH AND IT SHOWS CLEARLY IN WHERE GHANA IS AS A RESOURCE-RICH HOPELESSLY FCUKED UP COUNTRY BY SUCCESSIVE CROOKED FREELOADING CORRUPT LEADERS.

If these were to happen in any of the advanced industrialized countries, the contractors will be taken to court for bridge of contract. They can not receive payment and intentionally delay the work progress. They are supposed to follow the schedule agreed upon when the contract was signed. It is high time we start doing the right thing and take the bull by the horns. Sue them in court and let them pay a high price for their laziness.

A contractor is said to have been paid for the savanna road project long ago but nothing is happening. Residents make contributions to even have the road graded.

Ghanaians back home are thieves! They'll take the money, delay on work and without proper frequent supervision, play delay tactics and finally abandon the project and pocket a greater portion of the money paid to them.

All those guys standing there are just pretending to be active because the Minister is around, the moment he drives away, they will walk to the next Fufu Joint, order beer and wait for their huge bowl of fufu with meat, fish and all you can think of on the bowl, eat and drive away to their homes without accounting for any work done for the day.

The Minister must stamp his authority on these contractors to deliver on time and stop treating them like they are his wife and children.
