Rawlings was able to maintain Ghana Airways for years, and then Kufuor and his Wicked bunch destroyed a Ghanaians iconic airline because they thought they could privatisation and transfer it into their party club.

And before you go on the tangent of mismanagement and finance, just imagine NDC did the same with Free SHS as that is also heavily government sponsored and has massive issues.

Sold Ghanaians oil for cheap, telecom for cheap. Did they have to sell these assets?

As for Nana Addo, the least said the better. He opened Ghana up to all manner of people who have destroyed the little peace and space bequeath to us from independence. Only time will show Ghanaians what I have said.

Do you remember Byran Achempong as a minister attempting to take SNNIT hotels and make them private when they should be coming up with ideas to make them efficient.in fact, they cleverly cooked the take over of those assets using a sole sourcing bid, win, run and pay later approach. Who cannot do a fine job if offered such lucrative offer.

There's is a hidden agenda by NPP to transfer every state asset to their cronies because EVERYTHING RUNS BETTER under private initiative but since they don't have private money to start them, let us steal the ones that belong to the state.

Don't seek state office if you have no ideas how to manage and run state assets for the benefit of all. And worst of all, don't seek office to steal state assets under cleverly carved out laws.

A developing country cannot survive under this constant stripping of its assets and resources only replaced with huge loan and petty social amenities for the masses.

They like to copy blind from the west because of the personal gains it afford them.

If we are honest with ourselves, you do realise the every country protects her own people, resources.

I did not exclude NDC, but sometimes, you have to decide between two evils.

Ghana could not continue under the weight of those who were bleeding the nation dry under the name of converting state resources to private hands, unregulated and with no end in sight.

The Rawlings era was a cool off period which allowed more Ghanaians to survive. Sadly, the vultures are back again stripping the nation dry and sometimes, I wonder how long this would last before breaking Ghana if not reversed.

No wonder some westerner call Ghana a failed state because we have managed to destroy the very foundation that birthed our independence and set us on a path to prosperity and a success story.
Nations are built brick by brick not stripped like a carcass.
