Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams is the Founder of Action Chapel International (ACI)
Founder and leader of Action Chapel International, Archbishop Nicholas Duncan-Williams, has narrated what he described as a spiritual encounter in which he was taken to heaven and later returned to his body.
Speaking during a sermon at his church, the renowned Ghanaian preacher said the experience lasted for about one hour and 45 minutes.
According to him, the encounter happened after he was taken out of his body and shown what he described as interesting things in heaven.
Recounting his experience, Duncan-Williams mentioned that he was taken to a high mountain where he saw grass that appeared to him like diamonds.
“I went there for 1 hour 45 minutes. I was taken out of my body to heaven. I saw some very interesting things. One of the things I saw was that an angel took me to a high mountain and the grass was like diamonds,” he recounted.
He encouraged congregants to follow spiritual instructions, saying such obedience could lead some people to have similar encounters.
“If you follow the instructions of the spirit, some people will have an encounter to go to heaven. You won’t die, but you will go to heaven and see heaven, then you come back,” he said.

He continued, “While I was standing there, one of the fathers that brought me out in prayer, Elder Saki, the angel said to me, ‘Do you know anybody here?’ and I said yes. He drove on that beautiful grass and came to see me.”
According to Duncan-Williams, the person he encountered was Elder Saki, whom he identified as one of the fathers who had previously prayed for him.
“He mentioned my first name and I said, Papa. He then gave me a pass to go back to my body,” he shared.
He further revealed that Elder Saki was driving a beautiful white car that shone like diamonds.
Duncan-Williams explained that he was told the car was significant because it had apparently been Elder Saki’s dream car while he was alive.
“He was driving a beautiful white car that shone like diamonds. Apparently, that was his dream car when he was on earth, so he got it in heaven,” he added.
I have been to heaven before. I went there for 1 hour 45 min.
