EOCO: THE HOPE FOR ACCOUNTABILITY AND JUSTICE IN GHANA
Ghanaians do not only want investigations. They want accountability. They want prosecution. They want justice.
EOCO has the mandate to investigate serious economic and organised crimes and, with the authority of the Attorney-General, prosecute offenders and recover proceeds of crime.

But the real question is simple:
How many investigations will actually end in successful prosecutions and convictions?
Ghana needs an EOCO that follows the money, identifies those responsible and ensures that cases do not disappear into years of investigations.
No political favour. No selective justice. No protection for the powerful.
Investigate. Prosecute. Recover. Convict — where the evidence proves guilt.
That is how public confidence is restored.

The deputy AG post on social media never gave any reason why the judge dismissed your petition. What the deputy AG said was that the case that you and Scruffy Frank Davies laid before the supreme court had inaccuracies and he did point those inaccuracies point. He never ever said the judge's opinion to dismiss the injunction was based on those inaccuracies.

The good news is that because the substantive case will be heard by the supreme court, those lies that the deputy AG has accused you of will surely come up and you will see how stupid a liar you are.
