After 60 you don't have money when will you get rich again?You can not work until you be come a ghost at your work place
Some people don't get work early. So age 60 they may have worked for only 15 to 20 or 25 years.
But let's continue with the 60 for it to normalize.
The next generation also have children to feed.
Retire at 60
The government mustn't be seen as the only employer.

The crisis is that now government workers are adjusting their natural ages to be able to stay working for a long period while the young ones stay home for long periods waiting to enter the workforce.
Please retire at 60 and make room for your children to also get chance to enter the labour market.
