At first, I thought size of the grant was in millions only to find a much smaller amount. The number of beneficiaries is rather large. As the saying goes “a beggar has no choice”. I hope it is a punctuation error!!
I thought only I queried the amount. This money pays only one person's fees for an undergrad or grad school program out there. It's no news at this age of Ghana.

Don't compare apples to oranges. A university in Ghana isn't backed by huge finances like in the west.
I thought our delusional mental ill president John Dramani Mahama said he has made money available for research and now KNUST has to secure grants for AI education and research.Am confused.
