Our traditional chieftaincy hierarchy structure predates the constitution and therefore, it doesn’t derive its traditional and cultural values/historical status from the constitution.

Note the difference between Absolute Monarchy and Sub-nation Monarchy.

Use the internet to educate yourself on the meaning of the 2 types of monarchy.

The Asantehene, the Dagbon king, and Ga Mantse plus others in Ghana are kings in their own right - they are sub-nation kings or monarchs. Same as the Zulu king of South Africa and Bugandi king of Uganda. They are not absolute monarchy (e.g. Kings of England, Morocco); but they are sub-nation monarchy.

Look up the word “king” in the dictionary. There are many definitions of the word. One of them is “a leader of a group of people”.

BTW, the Ga Mantse is officially referred to as King and yet you don’t seem to complain about that. But you only freak out when the same title is applied to the Asantehene. That’s telling!
