It's as simple as that. The CJ is the head of all the courts and judges of Ghana. He has power to designate some courts to run during the legal vacation. It would be an insurbordination for any judge or judges to overturn his orders. That is therefore not possible but Oppong Nkrumah is hoping against hope.
