Afoko, if you care to know, the front legs of the elephant is for the southerners (particularly, Akans/asantes) and the back legs for northerners and other non-akan tribes. That's why when it comes to sharing of poaitions, akans/asantes are given topmost priority over others. As a matter of fact northerners are always relegated to the background as they are often seen within Npp as second class members. When the party is in opposition, they use northerners to do most of the dirty work, and immediately they win power, they are no where to be found. You only hear the Oseis, the Asares, the Boatengs, etc who never campaign for the party given juicy positions while the Gomdas, Wunpinis, Adongos, Maayir, etc are relegated

My very good northern brother, i would have advise that you don't seek for re-election once again in the chairmanship position of the party we all love, fine though he once had the opportunity to served the party and blew it. common sense would have taught him that his time had past, there is no way he paul Afoko would be given the chance again to serve as national chairman of the party, even his first time of becoming the national chairman was a hard work of the late national chairman uncle Haruna Essieku. he was the one who worked behind and and was able to convince some top figures of the party to settled on Afoko, this time around we are going to settle on john Boadu because he is the right person to give us victory come 2028 asap,
