The mere fact that an application has been repeated doesn’t mean it has been granted Atta Akyea.
You should know better. You have been ranting in all your cases in the media for all these while.

Go and render your services to your client and when the said application passes the litmus test, the trial judge will have no option than to respect the decision of the apex court.

Until then you either continue with the case as it is or stay behind for the accused himself to handle it. When he was transferring the funds into his private accounts as the allegations seek to adduce, he knew what those accounts stood for and when the huge funds left those accounts he knew where they were going to and should be able to speak to that.

Just give us a break or better still inform Kwadwo Oppong Nkrumah’ lawyers to bring same to the attention of the 3 member SC review justices.
