I remember the previous PMMC CEO came out to say the loss is not PMMC loss but BOG. They only act as agents. So what has changed now? Why is the loss now shifting to the agent (Goldbod)?

Every intelligent and wise person knows that the IMF as usual is just causing mischief with their report by calling balance book offset as loss which we all know is not economic lose .
