The IMF report clearly stated that some of the so called losses were as a result of cedi dollar differential otherwise known as exchange rate, others were as a result of charges such as Assey fees of 0.258 and commission of about 0.5 and loss of dore gold after smelter.

Your micro minority, led by Afenyo Markin goof big time when he impugn criminal motives in his press release because those charges and other conditions of services at Goldbod were made by Ghana parliament long before Sammy Gyamfi became CEO.

That is why they are shifting the focus from the actual issue being discussed and reducing it to personal attacks and counter attacks. I mean how does a mere CEO of a public institution respond to a member of Parliament in such derogatory terms? Someone who we the citizens have voted for to go to parliament and assist in putting checks and balances in place to keep the Government on its toes?
We are a joke of a country with childish and emotionally unstable people in sensitive positions. This cuts across both political parties. And you have so called learned people supporting this backward behaviour.

I believe if the NDC were in opposition, things would have been different. The money involved is colossal for us to allow the usual divide and rule tactics by our politicians to cloud our judgment.
