Atta Akyea can challenge as many as he wants and still doesn’t answer the questions AG raised. 3 cheques were written into a private account then transferred those money into another account and closed the first one with account name similar to official account. The transferred money then spent by Adu Boahene and wife. So even if the transferred money was genuine, why transferred government money to private account and into another private account? . By the way, the equipment bought was 9 million cedis and AG filed this already. Atta Akyea keep digging and come again. If Lawyer Atta Akyea is so confident of winning this case then why afraid to finished his cross examination, 11 weeks and counting, just on one person questions.

If the equipment did not exist, but a cheque was raised and paid, puts your client in deeper waters.
Focus on the manner in which payment was made and the subsequent way the money was used.
