Weah must have done some of these things based on legal advice given him by his advisers but that alone does not turn him into a dictator

The lawyer also failed to establish that weah exhibited persistent authoritarian or totalitarian governance that operated under his leadership without effective democratic constraints. How does his son playing for America or taking nine day holidays to go watch his son play make him a dictator!
