Only very few would believe in such allegation. The CEO said to be a lawyer, where in law books are crime reported at FM & TV STATIONS?. If $1.7b loss exposed by IMF would not tint the nation’s reputation, how could allegation never proved hurt in any way.
1. Extortion a crime what prevented the CEO from reporting to the police as a lawyer?
2. Refusal to report not abetment of crime liable to be charged as second degree offence.
3. Why refusal to report until well after the Opposition Leader had reiterated the exposure of $1.7b loss by IMF? Etc. Etc.
Even if anything at all the CEO is implicated and liable to be charged if laws are effective in this country Ghana.
The regulated laws are what beat the imagination of the ordinary people. A percentage of taxonomy consciousness is well impregnated in some individuals as preventive measures. How could Sammy Gyamfi be free in what he had said if laws are laws in this country. To conclude what had the CEO submitted to support the allegation to hurt the Parliament?
A nation blessed with everything common sense managements retrogressing then putting the citizens into hardship.
