This merry go round cross examination by Atta Akyea is not helping his client. The fact is if Adu Boahen bought the machine from the Israelis where is the machine? That is what Ghanaians are interested in. This rather long and convoluted cross examination is going nowhere. If it is to sow doubt in the prosecution's case then I beg it is not succeeding. If Lawyer Atta Akyea thinks he is winning the case why is he afraid of ending cross examination. It’s 12 weeks cross examining one prosecution witness. Adu - Boahene still not answering the critical question. 3 government cheques written into your private bank account, then you transfer the 3 cheques into another private account and your wife and yourself used it to buy private assets. Even if you bought some part of the equipment or whatever, that transaction alone is fraudulent and the reason the bank told you to close the account. That alone will take you to jail. Lawyer Atta can buy Ghana web , Ghone tv and others to do their dirty work but all we ask : finish your cross examination. Even in 100 days, you will finish and Adu Boahene will open his defence.
