I believe if flight attendants as part of their routine customer service on board keep announcing whenever it's safe to walk around it can save first time travellers from Dad situations like this.
Sorry, but you don't know what you are talking about. To sit in your seat throughout a flight, is more dangerous to your health than getting up and walking around from time to time during a flight.
