  Bill number 11 should be all open gutters in the country must be covered within 12 months, and future road contract must have a clause in it to include closed gutters, the same as a civilised country, not animals kingdom. The entire country is a crime scene with people falling into open gutters and hurting themselves, whilst our corrupt and blind lawmakers, leaders are busy stealing from the people through juicy contracts with no work done, self harm.

  RETHINK THE CURRENT IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 24 HOUR ECONOMY
  
  The concept and practice of a 24-hour economy is not new. The government's attempt to formalise it is welcome. However the rather rushed attempts by over zealous officials and party operatives to implement the idea (some through demolition of existing structures) could lead to chaos and disaffection. 24 hour economy does not mean 24 HOUR MARKET ONLY, nor is it just a land use or infrastructural issue. It requires a robust policy framework with short-term, medium-term and long-term components. Of course it is understandable that one should expect tangible results as soon as possible. So whilst government puts in place the process of formulating the policy framework, a short-term measure could be to organize a competition e.g. request interested persons and institutions to submit proposals within a 3-month period. No doubt Ghanaians will be surprised by the overwhelming influx of brilliant ideas. This is also a form of public participation!

The announcement has been made but is going to cost the citizens their pockets before receiving the funds, that’s Ghana every door you knock cost your pocket because the country is built with corruption leaderships. Where there’s no laws there’s no civilization. A lot of people must be probe in the country, look at the rivers in the country landscape in Ghana “ Rwanda i salute their leadership. Taking about wise ruling is Rwanda. Mahama don’t get me wrong, you working on the left over that the corrupt government left behind but there are some bad apples in your government please check it out thank you.
