Your old ideas wont work. Experience is important! Local coaches cant do the job. They are good but not up to the task.

If Carlos is too old to coach, Zakour is too old to be advising about a coach selection.
Oh!! nonsense talk, are there not older coaches in the system handling clubs and teams in Europe and Asia.
The man is probably desperate to be heard saying something.
Age doesn't matter, the team players are mot good enough for any coach to handle. If the team is good, we wouldn't think about the age of the coach.
